During a brief stint in Peru, Teresa worked in a zoo where she had the unforgettable experience of playing with neotropical otters.
As a master’s in public health student and a vegetarian for over two decades, Teresa co-authored a book for teenagers about vegetarianism.
Teresa has lived in eight states and one other country. She still cannot believe that Oregon has been home for almost twenty years, which is the longest she has ever lived in one place.
Deeply connected to the ocean, Teresa believes in the healing power of salt water and will one day become a proficient surfer.
